Yachting Volos : Sea Tourism and Gastronomy
The second Yachting Festival in Volos is a fact! The festival “Yachting Volos : Marine Tourism and Gastronomy” will take place from 14 to 17 October at the port of Volos.
Organized by the company Mact Media Group and co-organized by the Region of Thessaly and Key Supporters the Municipality of Volos and the Chamber of Magnesia and the Association of Owners of Commercial Boats of Thessaly.
The festivals Profile will take part over 60 participants involved in Yachting, Marine Tourism and Gastronomy and 100 boats mainly from the region of Thessaly but also from all over Greece, while it is estimated that the event will attract about 10,000 visitors.
Visitors will have the opportunity not only to board boats of all kinds and learn about the details of either acquiring a privately owned boat or chartering a professional boat, with or without crew, but also to get to know new products, taste local products and flavours and participate in the events of the festival which aim to promote the region.
Our aim is to highlight Yachting , the professionals and the special way of tourism that one can realize with Yachting throughout beautiful Greece.
During the days of the festival, Marine Tourism and Yachting companies will be presented , companies with products that cooperate with Yachting , companies with traditional local products.
There will be specially designed areas for B2B meetings with businessmen and Bloggers who will meet with Yachting professionals.
Major events will be held for which you will be informed with a detailed schedule soon.
During the festival there will be Conference Events, for professionals and the public.
It is important that the festival will take place in the port of Volos as it will help to enhance the promotion of the region and stimulate entrepreneurship.
